Two-component silicone structural sealant is a two-component, neutral curing silicone structural sealant specially designed for the structural assembly of high-performance building curtain wall units. It features the following superior characteristics: 
The curing speed is adjustable, with rapid deep curing, making it suitable for continuous construction. 
2. It causes no corrosion or pollution to building materials such as metals, coated glass, stones and tiles. 
3. It has excellent adhesion and can form a strong bond with most building materials. 
4. It has excellent properties such as weather resistance, anti-aging, UV resistance, ozone resistance and water resistance. 
5. It has excellent resistance to high and low temperatures. After curing, it maintains good elasticity and strength within the temperature range of -50℃ to 150℃. 
6. It has good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants and structural assembly system accessories.

Basic uses: 
The second structural adhesive seal for insulating glass. 
Solidification: 
Neutral alcohol-free curing, during which low-molecular alcohols are released, without irritating or unpleasant odors. 
Usage restrictions: 
When the surface temperature of the material is below 4℃ or above 40℃, construction is not advisable. 
2. Not suitable for use on frosty or damp surfaces; 
3. It is not suitable for continuous immersion or places that are constantly damp. 
4. It is not suitable for use on all materials that may exude oil, plasticizers or solvents, such as the surface of oil-impregnated wood.

Usage method: 
1. Surface cleaning: The glass surface should be thoroughly cleaned and dried. Grease, dust, moisture and stains on the bonding surface of the spacer frame must be completely removed. 
Component A and B should be mixed in a volume ratio of 9:1 to 13:1 (a recommended volume ratio of 10:1). 
Before applying the sizing agent, a butterfly test should be conducted to ensure the mixture is uniform. After the butterfly test is passed, a tensile test should be carried out to determine the appropriate mixing ratio and operation time. 
4. Gluing: The application of glue should be carried out in the same direction to prevent air from being trapped in the glue and reducing the sealing performance of the insulating glass. 
Maintenance and Repair: 
After the two components A and B of silicone sealant are mixed, the entire gel begins to undergo cross-linking reaction. The surface drying time and curing speed are related to the mixing ratio of components A and B. At room temperature, it takes more than 14 days to fully cure and achieve the maximum bonding strength. 
Do not touch or move the insulating glass at will before the silicone sealant cures. 
Generally, no maintenance is required. If the sealant joint is damaged, replace the damaged part. Use a solvent to remove accumulated dirt first, and then fill it with the same color and quality product.
